I would raise hell over it. Unless you signed a contract releasing them of liability, they are responsible, right?

My plumber uses some guy to do the dirt work. No idea who it is and even if I knew, do I really want somebody to fix their own mistake, when they do that bad of a job to begin with?

Again, the bottom line is do you guys think the grass will have enough time to grow out over the sand/soil? I hate to do all that work and it looks even worse than before and I'm stuck looking at it until Spring.
