Hmmm...
With Bradshaw hurt, Eli will probably be throwing the ball around a lot more. Cruz did get 17 targets against TB.
I'd probably go with Cruz. He does have the better QB and the Giant's running game may be nonexistent with Bradshaw's neck injury.
Both are good pickups though.
