Put Together a Package for Calvin or Cruz from this Team

I need a better WR than Eric Decker.
He's sitting on Calvin and Victor Cruz and needs RB depth, which I have a ton of.
My RBs:
Reggie
Spiller
Shady
Trent Richards
Morris
Dwyer
Quizz
WR:
Decker
A. Robinson
A. Jeffery
Should I go for a 2 for 1 for Calvin?
Or try something like R. Bush for V. Cruz?

I'd go for Cruz.
Richardson for Cruz is a very strong offer. However I'd probably start with Spiller or Bush and go from there.
