Mike Henry and Jerrell Rogers are better football players than Brian.

good players in the manner they are used. If they used Brian properly, that offense would have been much more potent.

They had some speed with Julian Darden and power with Henry. But they had no receiving threat. I mean shite let Bridgewater run a 5 or 10 in or out route, and let him post up and get the ball. The mere threat of a passing game means so much in high school football. I just feel that had they given him more looks/plays per game they would have had a much more dynamic offense.

The best ball I saw all year was the one Deloconno threw deep to him in the playoffs at Winnfield.

Was he being used just to the extent of his knowledge of the offense?

Although highly touted as a basketball player, Bridgewater showed the Scotlandville fans he can make an impact on the football field as well. Quarterback Darion Williams connected with Bridgewater three times for 50 yards.
