Unless you have a multi-thousand dollar salvania eradication budget. You could be in trouble on private property.
They sprayed, and did weevils on the lake I fish. The best results came 2 years ago when it got down to 17 degrees and didn't go back above freezing for 2 or 3 days. Still, you can tell it's coming back after that pussy arse winter we had last year.
