How is a tiebreaker determined for the last wildcard spot?

Is going to be a 1 game playoff to determine the 1 game playoff? I was just wondering with the Dodgers and Cards tied.

Dodgers may not have any pitchers left. Maybe they should put Matt Kemp on the mound. He certainly knows about striking out these days.

this one game playoff thing is fricking absurdly stupid. the braves are gonna be better than the team they play in that one game playoff by like 5-10 games and could lose that one game and get totally fricked.
