re: Birmingham supports its food trucks - do we?

They had a food truck thing downtown when the new north street thing was being opened. I think some guy from Food Network or one of those guys was there. But food trucks are like any restaurant, some will make but most of them won't. People flock to curbside, three bones and several others. Curbside about to open a brick and mortar. I think BR supports them well.
