I saw the South Atlantic League CG last night in Greensboro, NC. The Asheville Tourists (Rockies' Class A affiliate) won the championship over the Greensboro Grasshoppers (Marlins' Class A affiliate). Nola was one for three in last nights' game with two walks and started two double plays - one in which he took a hard hit from the base runner. He finished the season with a .211 average - hovering very close to the Mendoza line.
Ben Alsup didn't pitch in this game for the Tourists - he finished the season with 14 wins, tied for most in the league. He started two of the Tourists' playoff games - taking the loss in both games. (The Tourists were 5-2 in post season games this season.)

:dope Awesome! Thanks for saving me from Man Card men. Also learned that a player hitting sub .200 is "on the interstate". Pretty cool.
