Kinchen should be fired..."it's kind of gay"
"physicality" is terrible...just say "physical"
Comparing football to "war" and saying "weapons" is terrible
Gruden just thinks everyone is "the best" or "a pro bowler"...too much ...he won't criticize
"upside"
"aggressiveness"
A teams "identity"
"running downhill"
"gunslinger" really means careless, overrated, throws picks
