There is no Picadilly heiress. It's owned by an investment firm out of California.
The Hamilton family started and owned it but sold it many years ago. I grew up with those girls and Suzanne, who was a year younger died several years ago. If your friend is married to one of the surviving girls they cashed out years ago.
