Shooting high groupings with new bow....need help (pics added)

I bought a new bow a couple of months back and just didn't seem to be grouping right so I took it to Bowie's today to get it tuned. Picked it up this afternoon and went out to sling some arrows and its shooting high. I have my sight topped out so thats not an option to lower groupings. Nocking point seems to be fine and I've anchored at the same position for years and never had this problem so I'm lost and need advice on what to do. You guys have any input?
Thanks
Thanks

Don't go back to Bowie Outfitters.

Can you loosen a screw and slide the whole ring and sights up together (causing the group to move down).
