The offense did to a point, but it stopped throwing in the second half. Again, why the apparent reluctance to throw in game situations? Is it not the best type of "practice" which occurs in games. I do not understand.

So to sum up today so far, we have a section of fans bitching because players were risking injury playing in the game too long and another group that thinks we should have risked more and aired it out in the second half for more practice. I love this place.

You know what is really good for practicing passing? Freaking practice. Probably more so than throwing against a bunch of scrubs that can't defend a pass in a game.

Why the frick would we want to have an air attack in the second half of a game that we are dominating up front.

We have an advantage up front with our oline and rb. Why not take advantage of it.

Please Stfu. YouR shite is getting boring.

you must not have watched Jamie howard throw 4 ints @ Au when we were up by 21 and lost the game in the second half.

you must not have watched florida, coached by s.s., against Au in 1993. He's up by 6 late in the fourth and throw's, (to run up the score) au ints, Au wins. Florida loses out on a chance of n.c.

Tenn. 1998, s.e.c. championship game. Arkansas has the game won. Clint Sterner drops back to pass, loses his balance, fumbles, Tenn recovers. Wins the game and n.c.

You secure the win. you don't "practice" in a game. The game is to win or lose, not experiment. Practice is to practice.
