Oh i know how to cook it, i just dont think its much of a stretch to have a pot of jambalaya with gator meat in it. Either way, it gives me honor that my fanbase gets these kinds of pieces written about them

I can tell you guys are from Louisiana. Guy writes a glowing article about LSU football with an aside about the food, and the food is the first thing you guys pick up on.

I have no doubt, I just recently ate some that was first blackened, then fried and it was one of the best things I've ever eaten.

I'm from a part of the state where it's either pork and sausage or chicken and sausage. No damn tomatoes either.
