Why not? I have gator in my freezer, and im not even coonass. I saw lots of jambalaya being made yesterday

Have a friend marketing alligator sausage, and he claims it makes a great jambalaya. Haven't tried it yet, but I will.

Not only do I think they made IT, but I would bet he had two helpings. This is Louisiana, we eat stuff that COULD EAT US!
