Watch ESPN App for iPhone

I used to have this app and really enjoyed it when I had cable service with Comcast. I recently switched to directv for Sunday Ticket. Anyway I've noticed that the Watch ESPN app doesn't offer directv as a service provider. My question is, does anybody know a way around this? Why is it only limited to a few service providers and not all iPhone customers? It would be easy to just use somebody who uses one of the service providers login info. Although I'm not sure anyone would do that (even though I'm not sure what somebody could do with your cable log in info)
