Collusion is a pretty hefty accusation. It's something you may want to think twice about before quickly throwing that out there as commissioner. I'm not sure how long you've been running a league and I'm not telling you how to, but you should be pretty sure about that type of thing.

To answer your OP, no I don't think it is. Bad trade for team A? Absolutely. Getting Calvin is always a great thing, but at what cost? For team A, he's leaving himself relying on Helu, Bush, and a now injury riddled Lynch. His WRs are already pretty good, so I don't get why he'd do it.

I wouldn't be necessarily say its collusion but it's a very unfair trade. I think espn defines reason for a veto as collusion or if the commissioner thinks the trade is lop sided or unfair, which it is
