heard it was just a break off of issac it suppose to gain speed but never hit the coast

According to TWC, that's the remnants of Isaac having travelled back down south and into the Gulf once again. no worry according to TWC. Jet stream will move in farther on down the line heading east towards Florida and probably dissipate finally.
