Yeah saw the Ed Werder tweet and was coming to post.
But I'm not sure where you're getting this is bad for the players. They are trying to decid on whether to get an injunction to ALLOW the players to play
ETA: am I reading too much into that tweet or does it sound like he might have revealed the way she is leaning?

Shits gettin real. Should have some resolution soon. At least as much resolution as we're going to see in a while. I have a feeling we'll see the player suspensions lifted...for now.
