Hmmm. This conflict of interest issue is new, as far as I know, and may be the first bad sign for the players.

She's made it clear she doesn't like what Goodell did, loudly. The irreparable harm element was always the best hope for the players to get the TRO issued so they could play, a la Starcaps.

But if she is indicating that the attorneys aren't legitimately participating in settlement talks because of prior conflicts, the players may lose her sympathy.

I honestly don't know what to make of this but it's the first bad sign that the judge may not be willing to go to the mats and risk appeal for the players.

Make you think this:

I would think its the other way around. The lawyers/NFL are basically dicking around and not sticking to an appropriate schedule. Shes seemed pissed off already at the way they are handling things, i can only see that as a positive for the players.
