i thought it was funny how Hawthorne and Co. were praising that throw to Boone on the radio, and when i saw the play on the replay yesterday, i was shocked at how risky the throw was, and how close it was to actually being knocked down/INT....
and Landry was open more, but that's because if you watch the replay the safety comes off Landry when Mett looks for his second option.... at the time Mett was looking to Landry he wasn't as open as we all think.... in the flow of the game it looks like Landry is open for a clear TD, but that's after Mett has already looked to his 2nd option and taken his eyes off Landry.... he made the proper call with the ball, but i would have started with Boone then worked to Landry, rather than the other way around, but then again, i don't know what his read was....
