We file them for our customers...

Just an extra step so they don't have to worry..So he's right in calling his agent, if they are worth a damn - they will do it for him.

CE, just keep trying. Try email as well. What's your deductible and what do you have wrong?

The people taking claims on the claims lines will ask questons about damage. Most times when the agent's office calls in a claim they don't have all the answers so that information is not entered into the claim info. The result is missing info going out to the field adjuster which makes it harder prioratize damage quickly after a big event...

Hurricane deductable is 3,280. Roof took alot of damage and water seeped into ceiling of one of the bed rooms (about a 4'x 4' water stain)
