it helps alot.. i've painted the decks of my hunting boats and trailers and thrown sand on the top as they are drying... never have mixed it in before, why not do both?

I guess you could do both but I wanted it mixed in.

On the amount, I just kind of kept adding sand until it was thickening up but not too thick.

Bought a new trailer two weeks ago. Had seasoned treated wood floor. Put an oil stain on it. Three coats. I think the oil will do better than epoxy paint.

Epoxy will crack due to moisture and flexing.
