Greater, because a CL title gets you into the FIFA Club World Cup. More legitimacy for the league worldwide.
MLS gets five spots...
1. MLS Cup Winner
2. MLS Cup Runner-up
3. MLS Supporters Shield Winner
4. US Open Cup Winner
5. Canadian Championship Winner
"Should the same team qualify multiple times and/or should a Canadian team occupy one or more of the MLS qualifying places, then the American MLS team(s) with the best regular season records not otherwise qualified will be entered."

I was watching SC-Vandy, Saints-Titans, and Caledonia-Sounders all at once so I took my posting talents to Twitter for a little while.
