I'm pretty sure their priority has been getting people's power back on, not on updating the minimum wage halfwit working the incoming calls.

Is it their fault that the tip of their customer service spear is semi-retarded? Yes. But they are actually doing shite today to get people their power back.

It's simple. The sooner they get power on, the sooner they start collecting money again. I doubt they are sitting around drinking coffee and shooting the shite.
