50 mph and < they will usually stay off roads, but <50 mph they will allow workers to begin putting power back on. In other words, their arse ought to be working around the city.

they could have been out after around 5 yesterday .. DEMCO was doing it and restoring power ... seems like no power is a double whammy for entergy .. paying line workers to restore, while not making any money on dead meters .. sounds like they'd be humping it to me ..
