Needs to happen in a number of parishes - Lafourche, Terrebonne - but never will, because it will require massive government action - taking of people's property.
well, some of this can be rectified with building codes....don't let anyone rebuild a slab house...and the cost of homeowners and flood insurance can take care of some of it too...
how old is that subdivision in Braithwaite?
