On those back levees, is it storm surge coming up the marshes or rainwater draining into the canals that caused the water to rise over them?
Days ago I had a bad feeling about this one so I've been watching it and following these threads. Pretty sure I'd GTFO and not even think twice about it. Better safe than sorry in my book.
