so where on the map is all that flooding and people being rescued at?
I've never been to NOLA so I don't really know the little areas around there. I saw a town called Plaquemine b/n BR and NOLA but I doubt that kind of flooding is that far up river.

The parish that follows the river from NO to the mouth is Plaquemine Parish
