if you get wifi on the plane, why wouldn't it?

Better yet, buy a Slingbox and watch it online.

Last year, I caught the Mississippi State game in my hotel in Switzerland via my sling box, then I was flying back from Vienna the next week and caught the first half of the West Virginia game on DirecTV on the plane. Luckily, I got home to catch most of the second half.
I guess with Towson you'll have to rely on wifi though.

Just bring binoculars. You can probably see the game from the air even in Europe.

If the airline doesn't jam your signal and force you to purchase their overpriced service, you might be able to get it on espn360 or thefirstrow dot eu

Interested to see your answers.... I am flying to Stuttgart during the UW game. If I cannot see it.... Will be the first LSU game I have missed since I was about 5 years old... Prior to them I dont recall caring much.... Lol

No, you are doubtful to get WiFi on your overseas flight and will not if you are flying on a US domestic carrier. US domestic carriers contract with GoGo or similar services that utilize ground to airplane systems to transmit Wifi. United has indicated it is seeking to switch to a satellite based system which would function on overseas flights and, hopefully, other US carriers will follow suit. But that new system won't be up and running before 2013 at the earliest.
So sadly you'll have to check the Towson - LSU score when you land in Munich. Guten Tag.

Even if it was a domestic flight, the connection, if provided by airline, is too slow for streaming video.

I watched an LSU baseball game via the Justin app on my iPhone using AA wifi

I think speed and signal to watch streaming video domestically is usually miss but maybe hit. But to the OP's question, it's irrelevant for overseas travel in 2012 - no WiFi on board those flights of any quality.
