The same ones here bashing this kid would be the same ones crying if he transferred to another SEC school.
It's not like he was out doing 110mph while smoking pot and endangering children or poisoning beloved trees or taking hundreds of thousands of dollars from boosters or holding up people at BB point.
Kids will be kids....
That strategy seems to work in the media..

I haven't bashed him, and wish him nothing but luck, and with God's help he will beat this terrible affliction. I just think God might want him to stay in the psychiatric hospital a little longer.

You know, people lose sight of this He's 20 years old. I was doing way crazier shite at 20, got away with it because I'm not a football superstar, and managed to get good grades anyway. I understand that football players are held to a higher standard -- he's paying the price for not conforming to that standard. He could easily have transferred to McNeese, but he's doing the right thing by himself, his parents, his coaches, teammates, and the fans. Good for him.
