I get your point but you could just as easily make a list of 3 star busts LSU has signed. Also, Beckham was the #43 player in the country according to Rivals. Mathieu was a 4 star recruit too.

Well we have quite the list of 4 star bust and several 5 star. Our best players have been 4 star without question. Still, if you get my point, nothing else needs to be said.
Also, When we take someone like Neal or Claiborne out of nowhere (basically), when we have plenty of time to fill spots with higher rated players, I would bet almost all those guys produce, and produce at a high level, because the staff valued them higher then some stupid site.

You mean they actually were playing to their rating....totally different arguement. Your actually helping prove, cause according to Rivals, a 3 star should become players....so if 3 stars are busts, it shows they don't know dic

What was TM when he committed to us? 4*? Also, I think Mo was only a 2* when he committed and got bumped to 3*'s only after he committed.
As for the 5* busts, most of these even if they didn't live up to their 5* billing (e.g,. Al Woods) were still contributors.
