Don't fool yourselves, USC will be a very good team. Good enough to beat a LSU or Bama - not fricking likely. They could slip up somewhere, maybe Oregon, but I don't think they'll be the dominant team from the last few years.
I think they make it to the title game, but they'll probably get reamed as a prerequisite to the raping they'll receive as a result of sanctions.
