And if the timing didn't exactly fit with the movie they changed things around to make it fit? That scenario is even more unbelievable and unlikely than it being a coincidence.

I haven't really given it a ton of thought, but I recall that there are several tracks towards the beginning of Dark Side of the Moon where the song doesn't really get going for a minute or longer. It wouldn't have been hard to use that time to sync the tracks to scenes in the movie.
