Was in Vegas yeterday and current line had LSU -43 for N Texas. Layed the points for $110 on the Tigers. Is this an easy $100 or waste of $110? Does CLM run up the score on Greenies? Figure if we don't score 45 on them we are not ready yet!

We never run up the score on softies. Backups will be in mid-way through the 3rd. I can't see us scoring more than 42-45, and they could easily get a fg against our backups

BTW, we were 8/5 to win SECCG and 4/1 for the Championship! Frickin Trojan horsies 2/1

It isn't whether or not we can score 45 as much as it is do we give up any trash points. There's no easy bets. The lines are those numbers for a reason.

Too far out to lay that many points, imo. I don't think we'll try to score 50+ so if they kick a field goal at some point it's going to be close. And what if we end up with weather like we've had this weekend?

Should have put that benjamin on it then! 100 to win like 900 in that parlay

I dont touch 40 point spreads. 42-3 you lose and God forbid N Texas sneaks a td in at some point. 49-7 you lose.

I would not bet for North Texas. Save your money and throw the bank on LSU vs Washington.

Neither. It's a waste of $10 you paid in order to bet $100 on a coin flip.

terrible bet.

some people just NEED to bet.

weather conditions alone could dictate a ground game which runs clock.

Don't need to bet, I never bet! But since I was there I took a little chance on the TIGERS! Jees, some negative fans! But yes the weather looks like could be a factor in these early games if this pattern holds!

You still have a 50 50 shot man....we will likely score a special teams td and defensive td, would not shock me if we put up 56ish. I hope they will let mett air it out a bit to get some game experience before washington

ALOT of points for an opener. Should LSU score at least 7 TD's??? Sure. But not likely enough to throw away a c-note.

There are too many variables in winning by 44 in the first game of the season and in my opinion too much of a gamble, so to speak
