re: Gainesville on Game Day

I have been to the Florida game in gainesville every year since 04 and its all about what you make of it. Tailgaiting is not all that great just walking around but they have a cool bar right down from the stadium called "the swamp" ( former professors house turned into a bar) that is pretty legit. We always have a nice sized crew with us and LSU fans take it over fairly well so its usually a good atmosphere.

Also the fans can be A-holes after if they win but they are quiet if they lose. Nothing new on away games but you will
notice they are very much like this moreso than any other fan base. We have had girls getting up in our girls face unprovoked after 08 loss stupid stuff like that
