I would not go back to that hell hole if you gave me free tickets.

The cops are total dicks and would write their grand mother a ticket if she was on the side walk with a beer.

I don't disagree with you, but on multiple occasions (while speeding) I've been passed by LSUPD to go pull over someone with another schools logo on their car.

My point being most cops everywhere are biased and douchbaggish.
