samuel is about 2 years past his prime... his play has regressed over the last couple of years... i mean, if he was still an elite cover corner in the NFL (one of the two most important positions on the field in the NFL today, w/ the other being QB), you think the Eagles would have given him up?

this post is retarded. AJ Green is a top 10 receiver - probably top 5 in the next year or so.

Yea, he's older but an upgrade to the crap we had last year. Also, his biggest issue is that he gambles.
I watched the game last night and 2 plays before he got burnt, he made an amazing play covering AJ Green where he gambled on the short route and broke it up. They interviewed AJ and "The Ginger" after the game and they said they we're trying to do a double move on Samuel after he jumped the 1st route. Unfortunately, for Samuel he made the wrong choice and had to play catch-up to AJ Green (didn't happen).
It was also an amazing throw and catch. Don't think many people would've broken it up. Gotta give credit where credits due...
