I mean, I wasn't crazy about how GRRM drug out the Kingsmoot in the books but at the same time it felt a bit rushed on the D&D end (could've used Victarion and could've used some acclimation to who Euron is). But at the same time, the show has done characters like Brienne much better than what's on the page for the majority of her arc to this point.
Both have their pros and cons.

My only real problem with the Kingsmoot was the lack of the dragon-binder horn. I thought that was kinda key to his whole strategy as well as for winning over followers. Without it, the whole thing seemed harebrained and fell a little flat. I do appreciate them for not dragging it out, but I felt like such a small addition would not have added much time.
