After doing some further analysis, I don't think Littlefinger will marry her off to Ramsay.

1) Littlefinger is rather covetous of the prettier, smarter version of Cat.
2) She's one of his main cards to play in his game. No way he'd use it on the fricking Boltons.

Those are my thoughts as well, but we come here as book readers. It's just common sense LF wouldn't marry her off to Ramsay. Out of all the major bachelors in the realm, Ramsay would probably be the worst for LF to marry Sansa off to next to Black Walder. But I don't see why in hell LF would want her anywhere near Winterfell with the Boltons and Freys in charge. Next to King's Landing, Casterly Rock, and those two houses' headquarters, there couldn't be a worse place for Sansa to be.

Sansa is might be prettier but I wouldn't bet money that shes smarter than Cat. Not saying she won't get there but she was/is so damn naive.

Granted, Cat set the bar pretty fricking low by kicking off the war when she arrested Tyrion on her way to the Vale,

Littlefinger is probably more covetous of the fact that Sansa is young and around the age that he fell for Cat at anyways, regardless of looks or intelligence. He sees her as a second chance to get Cat
