So via the ol' Google box, this is part of a location photo from an article they did on the castle that the Winterfell scenes are filmed on GoT.
See the concrete decoration over top of the archway they're entering from in the middle of the shot?
It looks pretty identical to the concrete decoration (but from the side instead of head on) in the shot from the trailer of the Vale soldiers in the background of the shot.
That's almost assuredly Winterfell.

Well, shite. Yes, that entrance does look identical to the one in Winterfell and not the more rounded one in Harrenhall. I will be pretty pissed if LF's scheme this season is to marry Sansa off to Ramsay. I'm going to try not to be pissed, but it will seem as if David and Dan have jumped the shark with that one if that is why Sansa is there. Seriously, the Crow's Eye would be a better option for LF to marry Sansa to.

The picture clip where the Vale soldiers entering...look at the limped flag. Seems like the colors are navy and red. Only flag I that has these colors are Roose Bolton's flayed men. And from S4, we see Roose going to Winterfell.
