The entire internet is talking about it, plus there are much better pictures of the crypts than the one you posted that are identical to the ones Sansa is in.
Plus the two entrances to the castles look completely differnt, one is a completely rounded arch and the other isn't.

The lighting is still off in that picture. Seems to be more of a dungeon than a crypt to me. I'm not saying its impossible that they changed the lighting, but I'm not completely sold on it.
I noticed the scaffolding, but I just assumed it was an unfinished shot that they'd add in later closer to air, and didn't consider the fact that they need to rebuild Winterfell after burning it.
