Eh, it makes sense. Have to wait for Martin to write more, plus I get the vibe that the Dornish shite will be in every episode.
But then why is Lemoncake getting airtime this season when she didn't have that much more than Bran in her storyline at this point?

I was thinking that they'd use Bran's story next season to do some of the backstory that was missing, and had no idea how else they'd progress it.

Well, Littlefinger is always moving, and Sansa with him. Think they'd have to keep going with their plot, since Bran is only standing still.
