I think Ramsay is going to arrive at the exact time that he shouldnt'. The Others will be coming over the Wall, and then Ramsay arrives. Jon goes to meet him, reluctantly. There's a duel, and the Wall breaks open. Then Ramsay is taken by them kicking and screaming, oblivious to what was going on. I think that's Ramsay's perfect death.
