Close, but I'd say this would be a bit better:
Since they got Sean Bean, I think they may be able to get James Mcavoy to play a young Ned, if he's still young enough to portray him. I know a lot of people say Chris Hemsworth as a young Ned, but honestly Ned needs to give off an utterly cold presence, which I don't think Hemsworth is capable of. He'd be a great Brandon Stark, but not at all a great Ned. As Jaime said, "Brandon was different from his brother, wasn't he? He had blood in his veins instead of cold water. More like me." I just think this is the perfect look for a young Ned:
