One thing that is against R+L=J is the Kingsguard fights the Uncle of the King in this case. Why would the Kingsguard say something first to prevent a fight? It was all Stark bannerman, no Baratheon or Arryn men.

Ladytiger118: I have problems about obsessing over things. When I first finished ASoIaF to where we are now I could only wrap my head around one other book and that was three months after I finished.
I'm a stickler for details. There is also a bunch of foreshadowing about Tyrion's disfigurement after the battle of black water but I didn't find it important because I didn't think that it was a major turning point.
