Plus most of the Targs who had a Martell parent took on the Dornish look.
Personally, I'm not a fan of the "atleastoneoftywinskidsisaTarg" theory. But I think that Tyrion is truly Tywin's son like Genna said, in personality and blood. I see Tyrion becoming more and more like Tywin and not being the 'hero' of the series.

It is a possibility(forgot Joanna was Tywin's cousin) but I that if that if it truly happened Tywin would have rebelled, not Robert. Nothing ever gets past Tywin.
