Based on the pattern of the books, aren't we due for a Maester Prologue POV for TWoW, and then book 7 will be a Wall/Night's Watch POV?

I wouldn't take that at face value. Plus Patt wasn't exactly a Maester. We switched from the Watch to a Wilding in Books 3 and 5. I really can't imagine a different temporary POV that wouldn't be towards the Wall.
