I think we'll be seeing Wyman in Season 5. Without that plot, Davos would be doing nothing.

I want to see the Kettleblacks because I absolutely love the "She's fricking Lancel, Osmund Kettleblack, and Moonboy for all I know" line that Tyrion tells Jaime and Jaime thinks about 24/7 .

As for Rhaegar, the author of the article is spot-on...the TV series has been lacking the backstory that is woven so deeply throughout the books.

Totally agree with your number one pick. I think if the show wants to start sowing the seeds of the prince that was promised story line they should start sooner rather than later plus a flashback or set in the past episode showing Rhaegar/Lyanna, the cause of the rebellion etc could work.
