He's older and therefore more spoiled. That and his parents were younger at the time so he got away with alot more....and also from the time he was born he was heir to all of Westeos. Pretty significant differences.

I would think it's his genetics too. Incest isn't good for the gene pool.

This went for Rhaegar as well, and it was Viserys who had madness to him.
