I read that as the VQ kills the kids, then her...but I see your point, too. Nice.

Wonder about Loras...if he is really seriously wounded, and Qyburn gets a hold of him...Loras sees clues down in dungeon of what Q did to Gregor, (or is told flat out) and kills Q to escape, comes after Cersei thinking she gave the order for Q to experiment on him...
